Step into a twisted dream where nothing is as it seems. This high-energy Hip-Hop class features “Down the Nightmare Hole”, a chaotic, surreal piece set to Hits 2021 (Trinix Remix). Inspired by the warped wonderland of dreams and the electric energy of a haunted rave, this choreography blends hard-hitting movement with hypnotic rhythms and unpredictable shifts in tempo and tone.

Level: Open to all levels with some dance or movement experience
Footwear: Clean sneakers or dance shoes

Expect to tumble through distorted reality and land in a world where the beat controls everything—and madness is part of the fun.
Classes are held weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45 PM and are instructed by Alli Smith.
