As the year winds down and the days grow darker, this 10-week restorative yoga series invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Each class blends gentle movement, supported postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system and restore balance in both body and mind.This is not a class about striving or stretching — it’s about rest as medicine. You’ll be guided through slow, nourishing practices supported by props that allow your body to deeply release tension and replenish energy.
Perfect for anyone feeling overextended, anxious, or simply in need of quiet space to come home to themselves.
🪷 No prior yoga experience necessary.
